Puneet Bhatia, Managing Partner Puneet is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification and has more than 19 years of experience in M&A advisory, Joint Ventures, Financial and Management Consultancy, Business Transformation advisory and Credit and Risk Management. He has a very vast understanding of the financials, risk assessment and in depth understanding of business dynamics of every Industry. He understands the Indian markets and businesses across all Industry segments and has a very detailed approach and guidance for each Industry as per their own specific requirement. He is strategically part of Senior Management of companies in Healthcare, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals and Agro- chemical industries as a Finance Controller and Business Advisor.
He believes in continuous learning, Integrity and Commitment as an important pillar for growth and has demonstrated his leadership in reputed forums and organizations. Puneet prior to being one of the founders of Invex Financial Group, he has worked in ICICI Bank and Deutsche Bank. He demonstrated his strong skills in handling large value transactions in Credit and Risk Management divisions of SME and Mortgages.

Payal Garg, Assistant Vice President Payal is an MBA – Finance with Financial modelling and analytics from a reputed institution. She is part of Invex Financial Group for more than 8 years and now in a leadership position within the Group . She manages a large pool of HNI clients PAN India and is an expert in Research and Analysis and finalising structuring of M&A and Joint Ventures . She understands Equity Valuations modelling and has been extensively working on various Private Equity and M&A deals by closely working with the companies and their management team.
She is very growth oriented and has immense ability to find solutions to typical problems by her skillful management of critical issues. She believes in honesty and clarity in each and every step and transparently managing the complex transactions by finding solutions in a very clear manner.

Priya Dalal , Senior Manager Priya is an MBA finance and marketing from a reputed institution and has an experience of working with Government organization and started working as a Credit Analyst with Invex Financial Group for 4+ years. She takes care of all kinds fundraising for SME and HNI clients and is instrumental in preparation of detailed proposals for presentation to Banks and FI’s. Her careful due diligence of each and every transaction helps in providing valuable inputs to clients and helping them in fund raising through various debt and equity routes.
